Discrimination/Harassment Policy: Amendment to Section 13 of the PCLCA.

By direction of the JCLRC, the PCL&CA’s Section 13.2 Procedures are to be used Coast-wise, including, effective March 1, 2003, in the Port of Tacoma.

The JCLRC has extended the time periods for filing claims and appealing decisions under PCL&CA, Section 13.2, from ten (10) days to fifteen (15) days, effective October 12, 2005. [Reference CLRC Meeting No. 34-05, Item 5(a).
